At SR Biolabs, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality chemical analysis services. Due to the nature of our services and the costs involved in preparing and conducting our specialized analyses, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.

Policy Details

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. Once an order is placed, we immediately allocate resources and commence the preparation process. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any services ordered.

  • Service Commitment: We stand by the quality and accuracy of our analyses. In the unlikely event of an issue with the service provided, we are committed to investigating and addressing your concerns. However, this does not include the provision of refunds.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once they have been confirmed. We encourage our clients to review their orders thoroughly before confirmation.

  • Non-Delivery: In cases of non-delivery of services due to our fault, we will endeavor to provide the service as soon as possible. However, non-delivery does not warrant a refund.

Why a No Refund Policy?

Cancellations

At SR Biolabs, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our chemical analysis services, which involve extensive preparation and resource allocation, we have specific policies regarding order cancellations.

Cancellation Policy Details

  • No Cancellations After Order Confirmation: Once an order for analysis services is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We allocate resources and commence preparations immediately upon order confirmation, which incurs costs that cannot be recuperated.

  • Time Frame for Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, it must be done before the order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before confirmation.

  • Cancellation Requests: To request a cancellation before order confirmation, please contact us immediately at [Insert Contact Information]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been confirmed.

  • No Refunds on Cancellation: As per our no-refund policy, we do not issue refunds for any cancelled orders, regardless of the cancellation timing.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, if a cancellation request is made due to unforeseeable and extenuating circumstances, we will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that this does not guarantee a deviation from our standard no-refund and cancellation policies.
